How to Use This Prayer Guide
This September Prayer Guide is designed to help us grow together in prayer as a church family.
Read the verse in its context, meditate on the theme, and then pray it over your life, family, and our church.
As we join together in corporate prayer and commit to daily personal prayer, we believe the Lord will move powerfully in our midst—bringing unity, healing, and transformation for our church and community.
The Importance of Prayer
Prayer is at the heart of the Christian life. It is the way we speak with God, hear His voice, and release His will on earth.
Through prayer, we invite God’s presence and power into our lives, families, church, and community. Without prayer, the church becomes powerless—but with prayer, we become a Spirit-filled people, moving in the authority of Christ.
Scriptures:
1 Thessalonians 5:17
17 pray without ceasing,
Luke 18:1
18 Then He spoke a parable to them, that men always ought to pray and not lose heart;
Philippians 4:6
6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;
🙏Praying for Our Country and Community Leaders

Scriptures:
1 Timothy 2:1-2
2 Therefore I [a]exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, 2 for kings and all who are in [b]authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and [c]reverence.

But sin is a [a]reproach to any people.

Heavenly Father, we lift up our country before You. We pray for our President, our government officials, and community leaders. Grant them wisdom, integrity, and courage to lead according to Your truth. Let righteousness exalt this nation and drive out every spirit of corruption and division. May our community be a place of justice, safety, and opportunity for all. We ask that Your kingdom come and Your will be done in our land.
In the strong name of Jesus, Amen.
🙏Praying for Faith, Hope, Love, and Victory in Our Church
Faith, hope, and love are the foundation of the Christian life, and victory comes through Christ who has overcome the world.

May discouragement be replaced with hope, fear with faith, and division with love. Strengthen us so that we live as overcomers, testifying of Your goodness and power to those around us.
In the strong name of Jesus, Amen.
