Clergy sets the example for all leaders and members by demonstrating faithful service within Zion Church of Fredericksburg & the community. Responsible for the performance of ministerial functions within the church. Provides spiritual motivation and guidance for the membership, Serves in the internal chaplaincy, lives with Christ as the Chief Cornerstone, and operates across the Fivefold Ministry functions as described in Ephesians 4.

The Board oversees the day-to-day operational and financial management processes, and establishes and executes the strategic vision of Zion Church of Fredericksburg.
